Position: Senior Executive – HR

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Senior Executive to assist in leading the Employee Development Function, dedicated to nurturing our workforce, fostering growth, and steering HR strategies. Your main responsibility will entail preparing the bank to confront future challenges and pinpointing developmental requirements across all levels by executing Talent Management and Succession Planning programs.

As the Senior Executive – Human Resources, your responsibilities will be enhancing employee skills through training and managing performance. HRD also focuses on succession planning, fostering talent development initiatives and retention, and improving organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized body.
• A minimum of 6 to 8 years of overall experience, including 2 years of experience as an HR Executive.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to think strategically and implement employee-centric programs.
• Adept at data analysis and continuous improvement strategies.
• Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
