Executive – Human Resources

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive in Human Resources to join our Bank. In this role, you will be entrusted with comprehensive oversight of all facets pertaining to Human Resources Management within the Bank. Your wealth of experience and strategic approach will be instrumental in shaping and optimizing our HR practices to meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Position Overview:

The role of the HR Executive is crucial in overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication skills, a profound understanding of HR practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively with all members of the organization.

Academic/Professional Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

• Operational knowledge in HR with 3 to 4 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Diploma in HR Management from CIPM/recognized professional body.
• G.C.E. (A/L) with credit passes in English and Mathematics in G.C.E. (O/L).

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with HR Analytics.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
