MANAGER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the Silueta team as a Manager Business Development! This role would enable you to maximize sales opportunities through liaising with local buying offices / the retailer, in line with agreed customer and pricing strategy and to develop the product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop an appropriate customer contact database, identify key decision makers and undertake periodic travel to meet with local/overseas buying offices in order to expand customer base
• Analyse Market Conditions, identify market Pricing Structures and liaise with local & overseas customers 
• Ensure that pricing strategies employed are consistent and achievable in order to obtain the best benefit to the organization 
• Gain a thorough understanding of customer’s buying procedures/seasonal calendar and identify appropriate service levels for each customer 
• Review on an on-going basis, the product range that needs to be added to the portfolio and corresponding sampling requirements
• Work closely with the development team in order to obtain the required technical support and initiate the preparation of theoretical costing as and when required
• Work closely, follow up & guide all subordinates in order to ensure that they fully understand New Account Procedures, Test Methods, expectations etc.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree and Post Graduate Degree in Marketing (MBA Preferred)
• Professional Qualification in Marketing
• Minimum 8+ years relevant work experience
