ACCOUNT MANAGER (DEVELOPMENT) – MAS SILUETA (BIYAGAMA)
Silueta is an innovative solutions provider that has altered the dynamics of the apparel industry, empowering your body to move freely and comfortably while enhancing and safeguarding your movements.
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our Marketing team at MAS Silueta to To maximize marketing opportunities through liaison with retailers / brands as appropriate and to develop the product portfolio in line with MAS business strategy and vision
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Business Manager to set and review organizational vision and strategies
- Reperch strategies and Marketing directions to all local & overseas operations of the company
- Develop customer relationship management and retention strategies to facilitate achievement of business objectives
- Communicate and undertake periodic travel to meet customers or directly with the retailers in order to build good relationships and understand the market behavior
- Guide marketing team to carry-out market research on market trends, competitive environment , new developments in the sector etc,
- Achieve sales budgets, monitor progress and implement contingency plans as required to achieve the same
- Advise the SBU’s on their annual customer projections to facilitate the SBU budgeting process
- Create a brand equity for Silueta with the customers to facilitate achievement of Silueta mission
Qualifications and Experience
- A relevant professional qualification (preferably CIM qualified)
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience (with at least 1 years at a managerial level)
