JOIN THE TEAM Intern – Finance Operations
Are you looking to gain practical experience in the field of Finance Operations? We are excited to announce an internship opportunity within our Finance department at H Connect International. This internship is designed to provide you with valuable hands-on experience and insight into the dynamic world of Finance.
The Job:
- Perform day to day administrative tasks such as recording inventory additions, sales & purchase orders.
- Manage all aspects of subscription billing including updating client records, issuing invoices, processing cancellations, updating product details, and generating reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable including invoice processing and bank reconciliations.
Manage email correspondence with clients/suppliers.
- Generate reports for management as requested.
Requirements:
- Following a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting or a part qualification in CIMA / ACCA
- Excellent communication skills, time management and
attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to operate independently with minimum intervention.
- A team player and ability to work under pressure.
