Accounting Analyst/ Accountant (US shift)
H Connect International is a leading BPO company offering outsourcing services to client based in the US, UK and Australia. We are a subsidiary of the Hirdaramani Group, a billion-dollar conglomerate with a 125-year legacy. This position involves working as an Accounting Analyst engaging in financial planning & analysis, and bookkeeping to a small and medium businesses established in the US.

The Job:
- Prepare workpapers, journal entries, and reconciliations for key accounts such as cash, prepaid expenses, accruals, leases, and fixed assets.
- Conduct flux analyses over monthly financial statements.
- Delight clients with expert guidance and support.
- Log and review client communications, and recommend appropriate action Prepare ad hoc financial analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CA, AAT, CIMA, or ACCA.
- Passionate about problem solving and making teams and processes more efficient.
- Tech-savvy and mastered Excel.
- Experience with cloud ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, & Microsoft Dynamics.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the processes given per task.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
