Senior Tech Lead

BOC IT Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of the Bank of Ceylon, is hiring a Senior Tech Lead - Payment Card Systems Support based in Colombo 1. This 3-year fixed-term contract role is ideal for experienced IT professionals with a strong background in credit card systems, technical troubleshooting, and team leadership. 

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field from a UGC-recognized university. 
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in payment card systems, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. 
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of credit card business, VISA/Mastercard CPU specifications, ISO 8583 messaging, EMV technology, PCI-DSS requirements, and secure connectivity (HSMs, VPNs, encryption). 
• Age Limit: Applicants must be 40 years or below as of the application closing date. 
• Preferred Certifications: ITIL Foundation, PMP, or PCI Professional (PCIP). 

Remuneration

• Salary: Negotiable. An attractive remuneration package will be offered based on the candidate's profile. 
• Contract: 3-Year Fixed Term Contract (subject to annual performance review).
