System Engineer

BOC IT Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of the Bank of Ceylon, is actively seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to manage and support ATM and Debit Card applications based in Colombo 1. This role is offered on a 3-year fixed-term contract with an attractive, negotiable salary. 

Core Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology or a related field from a UGC-recognized university. 
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Payment Card Industry or ATM switching software with transaction processing. 
• Strong technical knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging, PCI-DSS requirements, EMV technology, and secure connectivity (HSMs, encryption). 
• Prior experience working with BASE24 applications (Classic/EPS) and HP Nonstop server platforms is a distinct advantage.
