This is a job advertisement for a Senior Public Relations Officer (PRO) at Hemas Hospitals (Thalawathugoda).

📝 Job Profile (What You’ll Do)

• Handle all inquiries and requests for services, providing information to customers over the telephone, or at the reception counter.
• Responsible for admission process, registration of customers, reservation of appointments, and other service requests.
• Coordinate the scheduling of consultants and paramedical services.
• Guide Public Relation officers for a better customer experience.

✅ Candidate Profile (What You’ll Need)

• Possess GCE A/L or any other professional qualification in PR/Marketing.
• Have a minimum of 05 years of experience in a similar field.
• Be conversant with MS Office packages.
• Have sound interpersonal and communication skills with good attention to details.
• Experience in a hospital/hotel as a PRO would be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis.
