We seek a passionate Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to design and implement transformative training programs that elevate employee skills and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Needs Assessment: Identify skill gaps via surveys, interviews, and performance metrics
🔹 Program Design: Create engaging workshops, e-learning modules, and onboarding programs
🔹 Leadership Development: Facilitate soft skills and technical training sessions
🔹 Impact Measurement: Track training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback loops
🔹 Strategic Collaboration: Partner with department heads to align L&D with business objectives
🔹 Innovation: Integrate cutting-edge tools (LMS/virtual platforms) and industry trends

Ideal Candidate Profile:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Education, Psychology, or related field
✅ Experience: 2-3 years in L&D/HR, with proven program design expertise
✅ Skills:

  • Exceptional facilitation and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS)
  • Creative content development (Articulate 360/Captivate is a plus)
    ✅ Traits: Innovative, data-driven, and passionate about adult learning methodologies
