Key Responsibilities:

πΉ Program Design: Create engaging workshops, e-learning modules, and onboarding programs
πΉ Leadership Development: Facilitate soft skills and technical training sessions
πΉ Impact Measurement: Track training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback loops
πΉ Strategic Collaboration: Partner with department heads to align L&D with business objectives
πΉ Innovation: Integrate cutting-edge tools (LMS/virtual platforms) and industry trends
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelorβs in HR, Education, Psychology, or related field

Experience: 2-3 years in L&D/HR, with proven program design expertise

Skills:
- Exceptional facilitation and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS)
- Creative content development (Articulate 360/Captivate is a plus)
β Traits: Innovative, data-driven, and passionate about adult learning methodologies
