✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree/professional qualification in HR Management
✅ Experience:
- 5-6 years progressive HR experience
- Minimum 2 years in Assistant Manager/HRBP role
✅ Skills: - Strong knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices
- Exceptional communication & stakeholder management
- HRIS proficiency & advanced MS Office skills
- Strategic mindset with operational execution capability
