We are seeking a passionate and proactive Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in identifying training needs, designing engaging learning experiences, and supporting the continuous development of our employees.
Job Description:
As a Senior Executive – Learning and Development, you will be responsible for assessing training needs, designing and delivering learning programs, and ensuring the continuous development of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data.
- Design and deliver effective learning programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Coordinate and manage onboarding programs for new employees.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and suggest improvements.
- Support leadership development, soft skills, and technical training sessions.
- Maintain training calendars and records of participation and progress.
- Collaborate with department heads to align learning strategies with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with new learning trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Learning and Development or a similar HR role (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with LMS platforms and virtual learning tools is an advantage.
- Ability to design creative and engaging training materials.
- Passion for people development and continuous learning.
