We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with an engineering background to support the successful execution of R&D initiatives in our UAV Division.
Job Description:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring engineering and UAV R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring engineering and UAV R&D projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline project workflows and maintain efficiency.
- Track project progress, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify potential risks and work with stakeholders to implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and management for seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- A degree or professional qualification in Mechatronics Engineering, Engineering, or Project Management.
- Experience in coordinating engineering or R&D projects, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience in Mechatronics systems will be a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support collaboration across teams.
- Familiarity with UAV technologies or engineering projects will be an added advantage.
