You should ideally:
- Possess at least 7 years of executive experience in the banking/finance field with exposure to handling high net worth clients.
- Possess a degree or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank.
- Possess a pleasing, confident, and outgoing personality.
- Have strong communication skills in English.
You will be mainly responsible for:
- Managing and growing the high net worth client portfolio of the Pinnacle Centre, maximizing revenue opportunities through cross-selling and increasing profitability.
- Identifying client needs, managing interactions with existing and future customers whilst ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
