Ideal Candidate Profile:

✔ Hold a degree or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
✔ 4-6 years of credit-related experience in banking, including:

  • Minimum 3 years in relationship management
  • Exposure to trade services, cash management, and treasury products
    ✔ Strong credit assessment skills with ability to structure quality proposals
    ✔ Proven relationship management capabilities to grow client portfolios
    ✔ Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
    ✔ Ability to deliver under tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, structure, and prepare credit proposals for approval
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients
  • Develop strategies to strengthen client relationships and identify business opportunities
  • Drive asset/liability growth while maintaining profitability
  • Onboard new corporate relationships and expand revenue streams
  • Mitigate credit risks and manage problem accounts proactively
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align with bank policies
  • Prepare annual client plans and execute growth strategies
