NEGOMBO BRANCH

You should ideally:

  • Possess at least 7 years of executive experience in the banking/finance field with exposure to handling high networth clients.
  • Possess a degree or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank.
  • Possess a pleasing, confident and outgoing personality.
  • Have strong communication skills in English.

You will be mainly responsible for:

  • Managing and growing the high networth client portfolio of the branch, maximizing revenue opportunities through cross-selling and increasing profitability.
  • Identifying client needs, managing interactions with existing and future customers whilst ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
