Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless mortgage experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails from clients, providing information on mortgage services, loan products, and application status.
- Assist clients with payment-related issues and resolve any problems encountered during the mortgage process.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering accurate and helpful information.
Requirements:
- Work Schedule: Availability to work during U.S. daytime hours.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent English speaking skills are essential.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the mortgage, finance, and accounting industries is highly desirable.
- Work Arrangement: Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace for remote work.
- Skill Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills, both in speaking and writing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
