Location: Kelaniya, Sri Lanka

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our leading Tier 1 FMCG/Food & Beverages Manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within the manufacturing sector, with a focus on driving HR strategies and initiatives to support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of human resources within the manufacturing sector.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Handle multi-tasking and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

• Age below 45.
• Degree in Human Resource Management; MBA will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience at a managerial level in FMCG, Food & Beverages, or Manufacturing.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of Human Resource Management experience in the Manufacturing sector.
• Fluent in Sinhala and English.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Salary: LKR 450,000 – 550,000 (Negotiable)
