About Us:
We are seeking an experienced Manager – Human Resources to join our team in Colombo 3. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring legal compliance in all HR functions.

Job Description:
As a Manager – Human Resources, you will lead HR initiatives, manage recruitment and performance appraisal systems, and support the HR team in daily operations and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Bridge management and employee relations, addressing grievances and concerns.
• Manage recruitment and selection to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
• Develop proper remuneration strategies.
• Assess and monitor training needs and programs.
• Provide decision support through HR metrics and reporting.
• Ensure legal compliance in all HR functions.
• Lead and support the HR team in daily operations and projects.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a Professional HR Qualification.
• 8 years of overall experience in the HR field, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity. Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to develop HR strategies and lead HR initiatives.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
