The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior HR Executive to join our team. This role involves managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting employee development and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• HR Operations: Oversee employee records, payroll management, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal security procedures.
• Employee Relations & Development: Implement training programs, monitor employee performance, and address grievances.
• Policy & Procedure Management: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with ISMS protocols and company standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational needs, growth objectives, and security standards.

Requirements:

• A degree in HR Management or a related field, with professional qualifications (e.g., DHRM).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resource management, preferably in a small to medium-sized company.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Good understanding of Sri Lankan labor law, HR best practices, and security compliance requirements. Experience with ISMS protocols is a plus.
• Ability to manage HR operations independently and implement ISMS-compliant HR procedures.
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
