You should ideally:

• Have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance, repairs, or fleet management.
• Possess strong technical knowledge of diesel and petrol engines, electrical systems, and vehicle diagnostics.
• Demonstrate proven experience liaising with service providers, garages, and spare-parts suppliers.
• Show excellent negotiation skills to secure cost-effective procurement of vehicle parts and services.
• Be detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and documentation abilities.
• Have strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

You will be mainly responsible for:

• Coordinating and monitoring all vehicle repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Inspecting vehicles regularly to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards.
• Managing procurement requests, evaluating supplier quotations, and verifying the quality of purchased parts.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance schedules, repair history, and spare parts inventory.
• Monitoring fuel usage, mileage, and overall fleet performance to optimize efficiency.
• Preparing periodic reports on fleet status, maintenance costs, and operational issues for management review.
