Job Description:
We are seeking a self-motivated individual with commitment, initiative, and enthusiasm to join our dynamic Group HR Division. This role offers the opportunity to work in an open and dynamic environment, contributing to the growth and success of our leading businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre and post-hiring activities to ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain personal files and update the employee database.
- Manage employee life cycle changes by updating the HRIS and preparing relevant documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely management information reports.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
- Assist in other projects as required by the division.
Candidate Profile:
- A Degree in HRM or equivalent professional qualification (full or part qualification).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
