Position

JUNIOR EXECUTIVE

COD: OPERATIONAL POLICIES & REGULATORY REPORTING

You should ideally:

• Possess CBF/IABF partly or fully qualified status or any other acceptable professional qualification.
• Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a bank or financial institution.
• Demonstrate proficiency in office applications and thorough knowledge of relevant systems.
• Have strong technical skills in data reconciliation, reporting, and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal communication, multitasking skills, and a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

You will be mainly responsible for:

• Preparing and submitting CBSL reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Adhering to internal service level agreements and regulatory deadlines to maintain compliance.
• Coordinating with branches and the Finance Department to handle branch confirmations and other reporting requirements.
• Developing processes and handling automation initiatives in consultation with IT and DWBI teams to simplify reporting.
• Staying updated on CBSL guidelines, product knowledge, and process requirements while actively contributing to special tasks and team objectives.
• Maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders and minimizing manual intervention in reporting processes.
