About Three Sinha Industries:
Three Sinha Industries is a trusted name in the Roller Door & Steel Fabrication Industry in Sri Lanka, collaborating with an Australian Corporation. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our growing team.

Role Overview:
As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining employee records, overseeing attendance and leave management, addressing employee grievances, and conducting training and development programs. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
• Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
• Oversee attendance and leave management.
• Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
• Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Attend to police inquiries and inquiries on consumer affairs authority.

Requirements:

• Degree or Professional Qualification in HRM.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
