About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional expertise in HR coordination, secretarial functions, employee branding, and communication. This role involves supporting HR operations, organizing initiatives, and enhancing employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR coordination and secretarial support.
- Develop and implement employee branding and internal communication strategies.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion.
- Organize and support HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Maintain a proactive and detail-oriented approach to HR functions.

Salary Range:
LKR 100,000 – 150,000 (Negotiable)
