Job Profile:
- Collaborate with the Sales & Engineering teams to keep customers informed about project updates.
- Manage the customization process in accordance with established guidelines.
- Address customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Organize and facilitate site visits for customers.
- Achieve collection targets within the stipulated guidelines.
- Conduct pre-handover inspections of apartments.
- Maintain customer relationships during the defects liability period.
Personal Profile:
- Partially or fully qualified with a Degree/Professional Qualification in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
