Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and anticipate human resources-related needs.
- Coordinate promotions, transfers, and new hires in collaboration with Regional Managers.
- Identify training needs and arrange required training facilities; monitor training programs to ensure objectives are met.
- Provide input on workforce succession planning.
- Develop and nurture partnerships to bridge the gap between management and employees.
- Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business under HR purview.
- Conduct weekly meetings to check in with teams.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements related to employee management; collaborate with the HR department as needed.
- Build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention.
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably at an executive level.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and mediate conflicts effectively.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate HR needs and provide solutions.
- Experience in workforce planning, training coordination, and employee relations.
