Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and anticipate human resources-related needs.
  • Coordinate promotions, transfers, and new hires in collaboration with Regional Managers.
  • Identify training needs and arrange required training facilities; monitor training programs to ensure objectives are met.
  • Provide input on workforce succession planning.
  • Develop and nurture partnerships to bridge the gap between management and employees.
  • Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business under HR purview.
  • Conduct weekly meetings to check in with teams.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements related to employee management; collaborate with the HR department as needed.
  • Build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention.
  • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably at an executive level.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and mediate conflicts effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate HR needs and provide solutions.
  • Experience in workforce planning, training coordination, and employee relations.
