Job Description:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for contacting customers to negotiate outstanding payments while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. This role is perfect for those looking to gain hands-on experience in customer handling and the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers via telephone for payment negotiations.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and payment agreements.

Requirements:

  • Age: 18-45 years (Male & Female).
  • Proficiency in Sinhala is mandatory; knowledge of Tamil/English is an added advantage.
  • Experience in debt collection or customer handling is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
