Job Position:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Branch Operations Officer to join our team at the Matara Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch targets and objectives.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company’s values and standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in branch operations or a similar role within the financial services industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
