Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our HR team, focusing on Talent Acquisition and Performance Management. In this role, you will implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, oversee the recruitment process, and lead the company’s performance management system.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates, ensuring alignment with the Company’s business goals and workforce planning.
• Oversee and optimize the recruitment process, from job requisition and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and a positive candidate experience.
• Lead the Company’s performance management system, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and continuous improvement to ensure employee growth and organizational alignment.

Candidates are required to have:

• Degree/professional qualification in HR with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Knowledge of HR and employment laws is strongly preferred.
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent organizational skills ¹ and attention to detail.
