About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Manager HR to join our manufacturing company located in Colombo 7. This role involves managing the entire employee lifecycle of the division, ensuring industrial harmony, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all employee lifecycle activities within the division.
- Frequently visit the factory and report to management to take appropriate actions.
- Ensure industrial harmony and maintain a happy workplace by treating employees equally.
- Actively participate in the recruitment process to ensure the availability of necessary staff for smooth operations.
- Engage in employee welfare activities for the division and the company as a whole.
Requirements:
- A B.Sc. in Business Management (preferably in HR) or PQHR from CIPM; an MBA/M.Sc. will be an additional advantage.
- Sound experience in Time Attendance, Labor Handling, Payroll Handling, Recruitment & Selection, and Grievances Handling.
- Over 5+ years of experience in hardcore HR is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an Assistant Manager HR role.
- Salary range: 250K-300K.
