About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager HR to oversee all employee life-cycle activities within our division. The ideal candidate will ensure industrial harmony, employee welfare, and a positive work environment while supporting recruitment and management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all employee life-cycle activities for the division.
- Frequently visit the factory and report to management to take appropriate actions.
- Ensure industrial harmony and maintain a happy and equitable workplace for employees.
- Actively participate in the recruitment process to ensure the availability of necessary staff for smooth operations.
- Engage in employee welfare activities for the division and the company as a whole.
- Handle time attendance, labor handling, payroll, recruitment & selection, and grievance handling.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Business Management (preferred in HR) or PQHR from CIPM; an MBA/M.Sc. will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in hardcore HR.
- 1-2 years of experience in an Assistant Manager HR role.
- Strong understanding of industrial relations, payroll, and employee welfare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Salary Range:
LKR 250,000 – 300,000 (Please share your salary expectation with your application.)
