About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Manager HR to join our manufacturing company. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all employee life-cycle activities, ensuring industrial harmony, and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires frequent visits to the factory and active involvement in recruitment, employee welfare, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all employee life-cycle activities within the division.
- Frequently visit the factory and report to management to take appropriate actions.
- Ensure industrial harmony and maintain a happy workplace for employees.
- Manage the recruitment process to ensure the availability of necessary staff for smooth operations.
- Actively participate in employee welfare activities for the division and the company.
Key Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Business Management (preferred in HR) or PQHR from CIPM; MBA/M.Sc. will be an additional advantage.
- Sound experience in Time Attendance, Labor Handling, Payroll Handling, Recruitment & Selection, and Grievances Handling.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in hardcore HR; preference given to candidates with 1-2 years of experience in an AM HR Grade.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Salary: LKR 250,000 – 300,000
