Applications are invited for the 7th intake of the Master of Agri-Enterprise & Technology Management by the Faculty of Agriculture and Plantation Management of Wayamba University of Sri Lanka.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants should have the even one of the following qualifications.
- I. A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Plantation Management or Biosystems Technology obtained from a recognized University.
- OR
- II. A Bachelor’s degree in fields of Natural Sciences, Business Studies, Management or Commerce.
- OR
- III. A recognized Professional Qualification (analogous to a degree) related to Agriculture, Plantation Management, Biosystems Technology, Natural Sciences, Business Studies, Management or Commerce with a minimum of three years’ post qualifying working experience in a field related to one of the Concentrations specified.
- OR
- IV. Higher National Diploma in Agriculture with NVQ level 6 and minimum three years of work experience in related disciplines of Agriculture.The Candidate selected under the condition IV (i.e. “Provisional Candidate”) must follow the “Professional Bridging Program” set up with the prescribed courses and must pass the Final Assessment.
- OR
- V. Any other qualification not listed above, but may be considered case by case and acceptable to the Board of Study and the Senate of WUSL.
MODE OF SELECTION: Applicants fulfilling admission requirements will be called to appear for an interview. Only the candidates who successfully complete required qualifications will be selected.
DURATION: One (01) academic year.
MODE AND MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION: Medium of instruction will be English and the program will be conducted in Hybrid [Online and Physical] mode.
COURSE FEE: Rs. 125,000/- for the one (01) year program (Rs. 50,000/- to be paid at the registration and balance in two (02) installments).
