- They are expanding their leadership team and seek a strategic, and performance-driven professional to lead their Project Sales Division, focusing on large-scale commercial and residential turnkey interior solutions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will drive project-based sales across multiple product categories, including:
- Leading and expanding sales for furniture hardware fittings.
- Driving performance in door hardware solutions.
- Promoting and securing sales for certified fire doors.
- Managing and growing project sales for the building product portfolio (Delmege Building Products).
- Taking ownership of project sales for the interior product portfolio to support the execution of turnkey interior projects.
- Building strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, consultants, and key decision-makers.
- Identifying new business opportunities, leading negotiations, and ensuring successful project closures.
- Guiding and mentoring the sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Coordinating closely with internal technical, design, and project teams to deliver exceptional end-to-end solutions.

- Proven experience in similar capacity in project sales (preferably in interior solutions, construction materials, building products, or similar industries).
