⭐ Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing the annual business and marketing plan to grow Kellogg’s brand presence, volume, and market share.
- Leading trade marketing strategies (promotions, merchandising, visibility, and channel activation).
- Managing brand strategy, positioning, and local marketing initiatives in line with Kellogg’s global standards.
- Identifying new business opportunities, distribution gaps, and channel expansion avenues.
- Collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Kellogg’s regional teams.
- Monitoring market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity.
- Overseeing forecasting, budgeting, and performance evaluation for brand and trade initiatives.
🧑🎓 Candidate Profile (Requirements)
- Education: Degree in Marketing/Business Management or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience: 4–6 years of experience in FMCG trade marketing, brand management, or business development.
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset with exposure to category development and sales planning.
