The Executive – Business Development is responsible for increasing the company’s business primarily focusing on lending products. Key duties include:

🧑🎓 The Profile (Requirements)
LOLC Finance is seeking a dynamic individual with relevant experience and strong skills:
- Education: Successful completion of the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
- Professional Qualification: Full or part professional qualification (SLIM/CIM) will be an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience in marketing, preferably in the non-banking finance industry.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and marketing skills.
- Other:
- Willingness to be based in the assigned location (Malabe).
- A valid riding/driving license is mandatory.
