🎯 Role Summary

The selected candidate will be responsible for smooth coordination and communication of all non-clinical activities related to the Cath Lab. This includes managing patient bookings, confirming appointments, coordinating schedules with cardiologists and Cath Lab staff, and handling patient inquiries and follow-ups.

✅ Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule all patient bookings for cardiac procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Confirm patient appointments, provide preparation details, and ensure required documentation is complete.
• Coordinate with consultants regarding available time slots, urgent cases, and rescheduling needs.
• Handle patient inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Ensure all relevant departments are updated on procedure schedules and patient details to streamline the patient journey.
• Maintain accurate daily and weekly procedure schedules.
• Prepare and update Cath Lab booking registers, case lists, and daily reports.
• Support consultants and management with updates on case volumes and workflow efficiency.
• Participate in regular coordination meetings to review operations and identify improvements.

📋 Experience and Qualifications

• Passed GCE O/L (including English) and GCE A/L in any stream.
• Minimum of 02 years of experience in patient coordination in the healthcare sector.
• Essential Skills: Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
