Role Overview:
As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Talent Acquisition and HR operations. You will be involved in various HR activities, from recruitment to onboarding, and will contribute to creating a positive and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen profiles and shortlist potential hires.
- Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Support the recruitment process and maintain HR documentation.
- Prepare personal files and create employee ID cards.
- Design Welcome Onboard flyers and assist in onboarding new hires.
- Assist in various Group HR activities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in HR or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and people-friendly attitude.
