About Us:
Three Sinha Industries (Pvt) Ltd is a trusted name in the Roller Door & Steel Fabrication Industry in Sri Lanka. We are collaborating with an Australian Corporation and are currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Human Resources Executive.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
- Maintain employee records, ensure accurate time attendance systems, and handle HR documentation.
- Oversee attendance and leave management.
- Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Demonstrate a fair knowledge of Labour Law.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree or Professional Qualification in HRM.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Willingness to attend to police inquiries and inquiries on consumer affairs authority.
