We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to join our team as the Assistant General Manager – Group Compensation & Benefits.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and analytical AGM – Group Compensation & Benefits to optimize Compensation & Benefits (C&B) frameworks across our group of companies. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role will ensure market-aligned remuneration structures and reward strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement group-wide C&B strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and total rewards analysis.
  • Standardize compensation frameworks while addressing industry-specific needs.
  • Lead annual salary reviews, bonus structures, and incentive plans.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and tax regulations.
  • Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders in compensation decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits management, preferably at the group level.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Expertise in salary benchmarking, job grading, and total rewards strategies.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills with proficiency in HR analytics.
  • Ability to balance competitiveness and financial sustainability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to collaborate with finance and HRBPs.
