Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented individuals to join our Bancassurance Sales Team in the Eastern Province. As a Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of life insurance products through our bank partners.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank customers.
• Identify and assess customer needs to recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and financial needs analysis.
• Achieve sales targets and performance objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of¹ a team
• Prior experience in sales and customer service (preferred)
