You should ideally;
- have passed the GCE O/L with credit passes for English and Mathematics and 3 passes at GCE A/L (excluding General English)
- possess part / full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
- possess approximately 06 years’ of experience in branch banking with exposure to handling high net-worth clients
- possess a pleasing, confident and outgoing personality
- have a strong sales and customer service mindset
- have good communication & interpersonal skills
- have a good knowledge on the products and services offered by a Bank
You should ideally;
- identifying client needs, managing interactions with existing and potential customers; whilst introducing new relationships to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- maximizing long term revenue opportunities for Pinnacle Clientele and growing branch portfolio to achieve branch targets and increase profitability
