Technical Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for Technical Channel divisions monthly estimate and Service contracts revenue.
• Assist service campaigns and customer visits in Channel areas.
• Create and escalate reports and monitoring pending services, tickets, breakdowns, installations and debtors.
• Assist the monthly SP meeting and follow-ups for non-converted estimate and agreement with Service providers.

Person Specifications

• 1-2 of years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Degree or Diploma related to Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Having a motor bike license would be essential as job entails travelling.
