JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Project Manager you would need to:
- Manage multiple product innovation projects to ensure timely delivery of the expected outcomes to ensure satisfaction of the project owner.
- Independently solve for unforeseen delays and obstacles to project plan.
- Diplomatically manage internal (MAS project owner and value chain) and external (technology, RM and other ecosystem partners) stakeholders to ensure above.
- Manage and track all project data/material/workflow in an organized and easily accessible manner.
- Ensure communication (verbal, written, presentations) have clarity and are optimized for the audience.
- Influence a culture of positivity and objectivity within the project team.
- Be a team player who is willing to go beyond the job scope to ensure the team goals are met.
The ideal candidate would have:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Degree in Science/Engineering or relevant background. Qualifications in Project Management domain will be an added advantage.
- Experience in closely working with business, technical, operational teams within the industry.
- Proven track record of time management, interpersonal skills to manage different stakeholders, operational troubleshooting to Achieve Results.
- Ability to network and establish relationships with a multitude of stakeholders and is familiar with open innovation methodology.
- Ability to engage with global ecosystem partners to independently develop and maintain relationships.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team on operational aspects of projects.
Work Arrangement:
Primarily on-site with some flexibility to work from home.
