PRODUCT MANAGER – SALARY PROPOSITIONS – RETAIL BANKING & SME DEPARTMENT

You should ideally;

• possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• have proven experience in product management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
• be familiar with market trends, consumer behavior and regulatory landscape

You will be responsible for,

• developing & executing strategic plans for Salary Plus & Salary Partner products.
• product development and enhancement
• market analysis
• financial management
• cross-functional collaboration
• customer experience enhancement
• regulatory compliance
• performance monitoring and reporting
