Description

  • Responsible to achieve targeted Revenue, EBITA and ROI for the applicable product vertical through new customer acquisition, effective/innovative product development and optimizing 
  • Need to study and launch scalable business models to capture full market revenue potential
  • Require to control and selectively engage in product/solution launch to optimize DAP resource consumption  
  • Ensure achieving Key deliverables and activities of relevant products which contribute to Enterprise revenue growth and quality of service
  • Require Evaluating technical feasibilities, design optimizations and any other possible issues of product development
  • Need to study existing client base to find out potential new product developments and promotions
  • Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and offers.
  • Liaise with Product development, vendors and CP to come up with new products based on market research
  • Lead the fulfillment and assurance activities to provide solutions of relevant Enterprise Products as Solutions of the Dialog Enterprise business.
  • Ensure proper product positioning via appropriate USP   and Strategically plan and successfully implement E2E new product launches
  • Responsible to  support customers using available resources prodcutivly in order to provide solutions on a range of enterprise products.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise customers especially with CIOs to maintain divisional capabilities.
  • Ensure team is provided with all required equipment and tools to perform the business tasks appropriately
  • Ensure technical support, appropriate solutions and expertise is provided as required in order to secure and promote Enterprise products
  • Ensure relevant competencies are built in teams to act as technical consultants to customers.
  • Enforce customer service standards for delivery excellence
  • Enforce agreed SLAs with internal and external stakeholders that deliver continuous uninterrupted service with customer service excellence to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Enable customer care and maintenance is easily accessible for customers

Entry Requirements

  • Should possess a Degree in Engineering (Technical) /relevant professional qualification
  • Possess excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills.
  • Sound analytical skills and decision making capabilities.
  • Strategic ability to develop high impact sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership & managerial skills.
  • Strong understanding of P2P/P2MP, Campus/5G/eLTE, Standard Voice, Broadband, and SDWAN technologies.
