Manager – IT Strategy, Finance and Governance

Description

• Responsible to align IT strategic plan with the business tactical plan and groups strategic direction and conduct periodically review.
• Develop and prepare business plans and budget forecast to ensure the IT business plan is properly managed.
• Ensure tracking of the IT strategic programmes and projects to initiate corrective actions wherever it is necessary.
• Responsible for managing GIT order to payment cycle and make sure project executions are within the given constraints.
• Accountable to benchmark the performance with the inputs of external consultants to optimize the system deliverables to cater multiple customers.
• Ensure to optimize CAPEX and OPEX utilization to achieve corporate targets and maintain IT cost over revenue within the benchmark.
• Define and follow-up IT cost rescaling initiatives with UDs and report achievements.
• Establish performance targets for IT divisional heads to achieve the IT strategy.
• Coordinate with GCIO and IT Senior Management to plan IT strategies, performance targets to meet the organization goals.

Entry Requirements

• BSc Engineering Degree specialized in Engineering, Telecom, or IT from a recognized university.
• Degree in Finance from a recognized university and qualification in CIMA.
• MBA and PMP certification would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in relevant field.
• Ability to conduct investment appraisals through NPV and IRR.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Sound knowledge to coordinate and direct the strategic initiatives within IT.
