You should ideally;
- possess a degree or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
- possess specific Trade related qualification will be an added advantage
- possess over 12 years of experience in imports – trade finance department out of which 6 years an executive capacity exposure to trade services.
- possess a through knowledge in ICC guidelines related to International Trade , trade related products and Import & Export Regulations
- have strong negotiation and communication skills
- have the ability to lead a team to achieve desired results
- exposure to bank guarantees & exports will be an added advantage
You will be responsible for
- managing the overall operations of the import section consisting of import counter operation,import bill
settlement, handling of import Collections, Checking of Bills under letters of credit
