Accountable for carrying out exploratory data analysis, visualization, and hypothesis testing.
Responsible for presenting findings & actionable intelligence to stakeholders & senior management through data visualization tools.
Need to set goals, strategies, project scopes, and deadlines for data analysis projects.
Required to create dashboards tailored to meet the needs of different business divisions.
Ensure collaboration with both internal and external cross-functional teams to develop and test new use cases.
Responsible for performing data preparation, cleaning, exploratory analysis, and feature engineering on a large scale.
Need to offer direction to ensure steady business growth and exceptional performance within the division/business unit.
Need to persuade stakeholders to initiate new projects and campaigns.
Required to hold consultative meetings with internal stakeholders to share insights and gather feedback for enhancing special campaigns.
Need to regularly evaluate adoption programs, establish precise goals, and report on their outcomes.
Responsible for translating research results into simple, understandable insights for the business.

Entry Requirements
Should possess a BSc in IT/ Computer Science/ AI /Data Science/statistics, software engineering, economics, and business.
6 years related experience in Analytics
MBA/ MSc would be an added advantage.
Passionate about creating value through scientific methods and data analysis.
Understanding of Managing different types of projects.
Tolerance for ambiguity and openness to feedback from design, strategy and other disciplines
